If you are a fan of all things out of the Art Lebedev Studio you might be interested in these Integralus digital watch concept. The very unique design of the Integralus watch has a screen that is split into two segments, one for hours and one for minutes each with its own battery, which then snap together to lock your watch in place.

The concepts would be constructed from milled aluminium and the elastic strap would be available in three sizes and in a variety of colours to match personal preferences.



The Integralus Digital Watch is definitely a very original concept for a watch design. MIT Develops Computer Chip Thats Mimic Human Brain

Just like something straight out of the movies a team at the MIT Division of Health Sciences and Technology labs have unveiled a new chip that can mimic the way the human brian responds when processing information.

The new silicon chip is equipped with 400 transistors that enable it to stimulate the motion of two neutrons in a brain, allowing them to connect and pass information to each other and is able to remember it.



The team of researchers anticipate this chip will aid neuroscientists learn much more about how the brain works, and could also be used in neural prosthetic devices such as artificial retinas, explains Chi-Sang Poon, a principal research scientist in the team.

Google Go 1.0 Programming Language Launching Early 2012

After first introducing their new Google Go programming language over two years ago, Google has now announced that it will now be launching Google GO 1.0 in early 2012. The new Google Go will become part of the Google App Engine service when it comes out of its ‘experimental status’.

Google Go has been designed by Google to provide a lower level programming language thats aimed at controlling the power of power of multicore processors using methods of “garbage collection” popularised by Java and used to free up valuable resources that program have finished with.

Andrew Gerrand, Google’s Go developer advocate explains: “The plan is to launch Go 1 in early 2012. We hope to bring the Go App Engine runtime out of ‘experimental’ status at the same time,”

Samsung Galaxy Nexus Goes On Sale In The UK

We heard earlier this week that the Samsung Galaxy Nexus may be delayed in the UK, as a number of retailers and carriers had said that the device wouldn’t be available here in the UK until next week.

We have checked with a number of the carriers and a few of the retailers, and one retailer is now selling the Samsung Galaxy Nexus here in the UK, mobile retailer Phones4U.



Carriers like Vodafone and Three are still showing the Samsung Galaxy Nexus as coming soon, so it looks like the only place that is selling the Galaxy Nexus here in the UK from today is Phones4U who are offering the device with carriers Vodafone and Orange.
